To Our Travel Agent Partners - we offer a variety of high end hotels for custom Kentucky Derby packages using The Galt House, The Omni, The Brown or Distil starting around $7500 per person double. Custom packages include 3 nights hotel (minimum), Derby tickets (all levels available), Churchill Downs In-Track Concessions package and track transfers. To custom design a package we require a $100 non-refundable plan to go deposit - We require this deposit for non-retail packages because to custom design for your clients we incur costs including staff time.
